1. Delivery is instant

Everything is digital and delivered automatically the moment you pay. Because of that, all sales are final once your order arrives.

2. When we refund

• You paid and nothing arrived within 24 hours, and we can't fix it.
• Your key or access doesn't work and we can't replace it.
• You were charged twice.

3. Wrong purchase?

Message us before you use or redeem it and we'll sort it.

5. Chargebacks

Dispute a payment without talking to us and your account and keys get suspended, and you're blacklisted from the shop. Filed it by accident? Let us know and we'll lift it once it's withdrawn.
